Indonesian IS member Bahrun Na’im killed?(インドネシア人のISメンバー殺害?)

An unverified information was received from one of Telegram chat groups (photo) stated that one of notorious ISIS member, Bahrun Na’im, was killed after a shootout with Pro Assad military in Abu Hamam on 30 November 2017.

In November 2010, the National Police’s counterterrorism squad, Densus 88 arrested him and confiscated hundreds of bullets from his house in Pasar Kliwon, Surakarta, Central Java. The Surakarta District Court sentenced him in June 2011 to two-and-a-half years in prison for violating Emergency Law No. 12/1951 on illegal firearms possession.

The police suspects that after his release from prison, Bahrun traveled to Syria to join IS earlier 2015. He was back in the spotlight when the Police blamed that he was also involved with the suicide bombings and shootings at the Sarinah shopping center in Central Jakarta on January 2016 by radical group closely affiliated with the Islamic State (IS) movement based in Syria and Iraq.
