A commercial due diligence evaluation in Asia for the US investors in a regional telecoms carrier, covering operations, strategy, technology and an overall risk and opportunity assessment. This provided the shareholders and directors with a clearer understanding of required decisions and probable outcomes.

For the Board, a due diligence business risk appraisal was undertaken covering a range of operations and sites in PRC, Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore. Risks identified covered reputation and brand, business continuity, cultural and HR issues and provided the basis for prioritised action.
